Working with Giulia literally changed my life. She is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in her field, while being relatable and truly supportive! I’ve been working with her for about 18 months, and feel better and more confident in my body than I have in twenty years. I appreciate that she focuses on the internal work related to physical fitness, and NOT counting calories or the scale. Her approach to nutrition is focused on nutrients and eating, not restriction. Working with Giulia is the Best decision I’ve made in a long time. For anyone on the fence, I recommend 1) getting personalized support and coaching and 2) working with Giulia!

Gulia was the biggest help training my body and mind to help me achieve my fitness goals. I love how she focuses on both mental and physical health and she is the best to talk to during our sessions. She helps you with meal planning and diet as well. I was able to see a big difference in my body, strength and mental health within a few months of working with Gulia. Guilia is such a great trainer and I got so much out of the evolve stronger program. Guilia customized a program based on my needs and is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, form, physiology, and what it takes to be successful in the gym. She is very accountable and answers questions almost immediately. Even working out independently, I felt supported and confident because of what I learned from her and the easy to follow program.

Working with Giulia takes the confusion and uncertainty out of exercise. My normal routine was to do yoga and walk but she kept emphasizing the importance of strength training. She made it very easy and achievable to complete my workouts. Her encouragement and enthusiasm really helped to motivate me to keep doing the workouts and push through the soreness. I highly recommend working with Giulia, she makes bettering yourself enjoyable!
