- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send new customers an email questionnaire that helps me get to know their food likes, dislikes, and allergies. This questionnaire is very in-depth and lets me create menus that you absolutely love!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly self-taught, although I worked in restaurants all throughout college, including The Melting Pot. SERVSAFE Food Handler's Certificate. United States Personal Chef Association.
