The food was a hit. Matt and Page were fantastic to work with and even made it to our event through some wild weather conditions. They were professional, courteous, timely and great to work with. They really made our event run so much more smoothly and allowed us to enjoy it as well. They even tidied up after!

We hired Chef Matt and his wife to create and cook our NYE dinner for 6 adults during our stay in Colorado Springs and it was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! From the very start Matt wowed us with all of his incredible menu options and allowed us to create a 6 course tasting menu that more than suited our wishes and expectations for such a fun and delicious evening! Each and every dish was carefully and skillfully prepared and just when we thought we had had our favorite course, Matt blew us away with another unbelievable dish. The ingredients, presentation, menu, value, expertise, quality of food and taste were above and beyond a 5 star private chef experience! We hired Matthew to cater a buffer for our small wedding (about 40 guests) and we were very pleased with our experience. Matthew was professional throughout, very communicative, and very easy to work with. We were very impressed with the variety of cuisines he offered, and the incredible value. The day of he and his assistant were punctual and professional throughout. I never once had to attend to the buffet line. I would definitely hire Matthew again and would encourage others to do the same.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send new customers an email questionnaire that helps me get to know their food likes, dislikes, and allergies. This questionnaire is very in-depth and lets me create menus that you absolutely love!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly self-taught, although I worked in restaurants all throughout college, including The Melting Pot. SERVSAFE Food Handler's Certificate. United States Personal Chef Association.
