- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer our customers the best pricing possible, and will always be honest and transparent. There will be no surprises and we will work with you to find the right solution. Pricing is important to us, but so is performing high quality work and taking care of our customers throughout the whole process. Give us a chance, we won't let you down!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to reach out with a quick phone call to better understand your needs. Next comes a free insulation evaluation where we will thoroughly analyze your home or structure to provide insulation options that we think make the most sense for you. We will discuss the pros and cons of all options, answer any other questions you may have, and provide an estimate for the project. We're flexible and reasonable, and will of course adjust our process for whatever makes you most comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been thoroughly trained in the insulation contractor trade specifically, and several members of the team have robust experience in the construction industry. We actually hold a General Contractor License for all of the areas we serve!
