Our first go around with calking the shower left some small gaps that I believe water could get into. I reached out and they were able to come immediately and fix the issue. Will be working with them again.

The Local Handyman 5280 did everything he said he would and did it well. We had some pretty odd requirments due to the fact that the repairs were needed to renew a rental license. He did everything first class. He was responsive, was there when he said he would be, did everything we asked him to --- couldnt ask for better. I will be hiring him again. You can't go wrong with this most excellent handyman!

The Local Handyman 5280 (TLH5280) is the company that I ended up going with for my project. I just had new windows installed the day before TLH5280 was coming to install my permanent window a/c units. Plus I had wanted a ceiling fan replaced. I was contacted right away with promptness and professionalism. I listed out what needed to be done and we went from there. Not only was TLH5280 helpful in giving me some flexibility, but I was able to negotiate everything through the Thumbtack app on my phone and they responded right away. Josh & Dan came out to do the work and both guys were great! They were polite, respectful and had everything needed to get the job done. They went straight to work, stayed on task and even when they were finishing up the job, they asked if there was anything else I may have needed to be done. I had them check out a possible clog in my bathroom sink and also repair my wall where I had tried to hang curtains which I did a horrible job myself. Both Josh & Dan were really friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend The Local Handyman 5280! Even after the job was completed, the company stayed in contact with me about my invoice and again, was quick to respond to my questions. I am glad I went with them and had a great experience. Far too often we hear horror stories about contractors and this wasn’t the case with them. I give The Local Handyman 5280 two thumbs up, 5 Stars and if I need something to be done in the future, I will be using them again!

We have used the local handyman for 2 projects (working on getting our 3rd done now). They are extremely quick to respond and to get you on their calendar. They helped us get a vanity installed that wasn’t lining up with our plumbing so went above and beyond to get the right parts / make suggestions. Highly recommend!

We currently operate with a 2 man team and 1 man team. Our 2 man team is $160/hr and our 1 man team is $80/hr. To accommodate the best service and to make sure our customers are fully satisfied we book with a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to fully understand the projects our customers are wanting completed and assign the team we feel is best suited for the job. We feel you can never have enough information regarding the project to make sure it gets completed to the customers satisfaction.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a broad customer base that includes, tenants from our property management companies, home owners, business owners, project managers, and other contracting and construction companies.
