- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often offer discounts for a variety of reasons and only have a travel fee if commuting longer than 30 minutes. My rates vary per project and are kept up to date via homewyse.com and laid out clearly on both the bid and final invoice.

Discussing their needs for the given project and put a bid forward as well as a timeline and process.
