- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based off of time and skill however they remain economic. If you are elderly or have a low budget, I am happy to find a way to accommodate and complete your project. If you should ever need time to pay, payment arrangements can be made as well. I am in the business of being helpful and will do what I can to be a great local brand choice for home services. Discounts are usually offered for projects that contain multiple jobs in one, typically 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am usually booked a week out so it's best to check my availability first. I do collect your email and address for confirmation of booking and will not confirm your booking without doing so. I will also send a estimate or invoice for your booking. If an estimate is sent, your booking will not be confirmed until your estimate has been accepted. You will also have a 30-Day Workmanship Warranty in the event of a failure or concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I shadowed (OJT) under Elite Regal Properties of Waltham, MA for over a year before embracing it on my own. The owner has since passed because of COVID, but was my trainer and support throughout my learning.
