I want to reach out to say, Thank you so much to Alex and his technicians, Juan & Eddie. They went above and beyond to get our garage door installed. They did a very professional job. I live in El Jebel, Alex's business is in Denver over 3 hours from my home. We had a huge snowstorm on the day of installation, yet they did not cancel; instead, Juan & Eddie drove through that storm. They went through everything we needed to know when they finished the job. The garage door is beautiful! I would highly recommend Alex's company to everyone. Just another note, We had reached out to 6 companies here in my town, but not one contacted us back. Alex contacted me the very same day and worked with me to ensure that I received exactly what we needed. He kept in contact with us through each step. Alex was extremely responsive to my questions, and I had a lot of them, leading up to me selecting him as the right contractor for the project. The job was done correctly, quickly, and I could tell the installer Brandon knew what he was doing. He even tried fixing my old garage door (the mother board was shot) prior to installing the new one, which I thought was him going above and beyond.
