Ryan was great! He arrived as planned, did a thorough inspection, came up with a plan to get rid of the mice, and made sure I understood the process. His price was very reasonable and it beat all the competitors out there. And a plus...he didn't require a contract to do the service that day!! Highly recommend!

Working with Breann and then Ryan was great from the start. They were exceptionally responsive to the questions I kept coming up with, answering them most cordially. When Ryan arrived to treat the yellow jacket "gathering" I had he was on time, prepared, professional and friendly, explained all that would be done, and what the results would be. In addition to treating the one concentration of yellow jackets he also examined the rest of my house (3300 ft² with 30' high gutters), treating all the similar areas where yellow jackets would want to setup camp. He found a wasp nest I was unaware of and treated that, too. I'll certainly be contacting Prevail Pest Control again for any of my future pest situations. Thanks Ryan and Breann!
