Daniel and his cousin were great to have over and take care of my project. From the moment they reached out to me after I posted my project needs on Thumbtack, they were great with their communication and responsiveness. If I emailed with questions, they got back to me fairly quick. Timing is important in any project and it was great to get a response to all of my questions within a few hours.
I only needed a single step removed from my front stoop and they knocked it out in just a few hours. That was setting up, getting rid of the step and cleaning up afterwards. They were very courteous and removed all the debris of the step and once the job was done, they hosed down and cleaned the entire area they worked on.
Highly recommend. I will be contacting them again for future projects.

Denver Demolition has done a great job with my compacted rock and concrete removal work. The job was extremely challenging, I have worked with other contractors before and they gave up but Felipe and his co-worker was very skilled, well prepared with the right tools and most of all responsible. The work exceeded estimated hours, but they still got it done. The pricing was really reasonable, they responded quickly and punctual, I can't speak enough good things about them.

They arrived right on time, masks donned, and promptly removed the old couch we needed gone.
Over ask they were done and gone in 15 minutes and we were able to get our loving room back to normal.
