“Simone is the type of person you feel like you’ve known your whole life; she makes you feel comfortable in your own skin because let’s face it, it can be totally awkward having the spotlight on you if you’re not used to it.” Hi, I'm Simone! Photography has been a major part of my life since the wee age of 16, when I managed to convince my lovely art teacher to let me turn all my high school AP art projects into photography projects (what a saint)! From there on, I've been glued to a camera. I studied Fine Art Photography at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University in Boston and have photographed a variety of work professionally over the past 10+ years including for the Boston Red Sox, Health Warrior, Facebook, and have had my photographs published in Rock & Ice Magazine, The Boston Voyager, WBUR's The ARTery, and Vice's The Creator's Project. With all these experiences and more, I've discovered that the most authentic and beautiful photographs are those that center around big, beautiful, genuine love! I thrive on diving into the experience of the love between you, your partner and your families (whatever that looks like for you!) and capturing those moments in true, natural, and candid ways to ensure authenticity in the imagery. Simone was my photographer for my wedding. She did an amazing job! I am in love with my pictures and so was everyone else. She captured ever detail and moment that was special to me. She was so on top of everything, I never had to grab her for a photo because she would already be there. Her communication with me was excellent. Simone contacted me personally about a month before the wedding and talked with me for 2 hours to go over every detail of my wedding and what I wanted. Her quality of photos was beyond compare and she had really great suggestions for posing that made the pictures spectacular. She was so kind and easygoing and all around great to work with

Simone is the BEST and I’m not just saying that because we are friends and we go way back...my fiancé and I had a blast shooting our engagement photos with her. She totally got what we were going for as far as setting, casual feel, positioning, colors etc! Besides being and incredible photographer, she made the whole experience really fun! We we’re able to preview the photos really quickly! We thought maybe there would be a few we liked... no.... we found 20-30 favorites and had a really hard time choosing! I would highly suggest Simone for her amazing fun attitude, professionalism, timeliness, and impressive artistic abilities ! We love you Simone! Thank you for all your hard work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet for a cup of tea and go over the details of the event/shoot, as well as coordinate via email to ensure we are all on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a photographer since 2005, went to the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and studied Fine Art Photography and have my Masters in Art Education from Tufts University.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customer base is couples who are down to explore and adventure, flexible and excited, fun and down to earth who are looking for a candid style of photography and a new friends to add into the mix! I also work with small businesses in the outdoor and fitness industries, as well as yoga instructors.
