Peered into my crawlspace when I was changing my air filter and saw what looked like rodent droppings. I contacted Berrett pest control services to investigate and what I thought were rodent droppings just turned out to be dead carpenter ants. The specialist still completed a survey of the area to confirm that there were no rodents and confirmed that there were also no traces of a live ant colony. I'm glad to have peace of mind that there wasn't a larger problem of rodents and the specialist went above and beyond by inspecting for the presence of an ant colony.

They scheduled to come out on Monday . Monday comes around and I hadn’t heard anything so I asked what time someone would be here, the office couldn’t provide that information, I waited around all day for someone to call at the end of the day and say they can’t make it and they would come out on Tuesday morning, they did not call or show up on Tuesday either . Then sent me an invoice and asked for a review … if, like me you are dealing with an animal in your attic I would recommend someone else who may be more reliable.
