FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a venue or client books four or more engagements in one sitting, I offer a $25 discount on each performance booked. In general, I perform for a minimum of $500, though additional considerations are required for distant travel, specific song requests, corporate events, weddings, etc. I'm flexible, and happy to discuss a pricing structure that works for both myself and my clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation is preferred for introductions, and get a general feel for the client's needs and desired atmosphere at their event. If all parties are amenable, a simple contract detailing the date, time, fee, and any extra considerations is e-mailed and their performance time is reserved on my master calendar.
