FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job and the price depends on the access point and which piece of equipment is best to solve the problem. There is no charge to send a fully equipped service truck to your door. The technician will give you a flat rate price out of our menu price book for the work, that needs to be done. If you approve the work, he or she can stay and do the job. I'm sure you will see our prices our fair. Most of our customers prefer an accurate price based on us seeing the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our technicians will be asking the customer open ended questions: How long has the issue been going on? How did you notice the problem? Where did you see or smell the problem? Where is the problem coming from? Have you tried fixing the problem yourself? Has anyone else looked at the issue? Has this happened before and if so, did you have it cleaned out?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are drain and sewer specialists because we train them ourselves in our own in-house training center. Each of our technicians cleans thousands of drains in a year, more than the average plumber cleans in a lifetime. That's why we do drains better than anybody else, there's nothing Zoom Drain can't handle.
