- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your technician is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our journeyman plumbers hold current licenses showing that they have put in the time and effort to learn their trade!
