I was buying a small (1,044 sq ft.) home with no attic, no crawl space, just a tiny rectangle and he inspected that house up, down and all around. He was professional, informative and personable. Steve is an extremly compatent and thoughtful home inspector. When our family was looking for a new home we use Steve for two inspections. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and congratulate them on their purchase. It's a big decision and I want the customer to know I'm there to help make sure their making the right decision. I ask some general questions about the home they are purchasing and ask the client if they have any questions or concerns. I then explain my process of inspecting the home INSIDE & OUT.... and again ask if there are any questions or concerns.

-35 years trade experience - National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) Certified. Radon testing certified. NACHI continuing education program.
