- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services are charged a set price based on the project. However, depending on the project, we may charge by the hour. We do offer discounts and financing! Don't hesitate to ask us what we offer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide our customers with estimates on our services before any work is began. Upon approval from the customer, we get you scheduled, order materials, and get your project completed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We originally began providing our knowledge in carpentry construction services to friends, family, and neighbors. As time went on, and as requests for our carpentry and contracting increased, HMToolbelt Ltd. was born and grew into a business providing services to Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
