Jacob was great and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Jacob was quick to respond and schedule. He was on time and helped me to understand my set up, how it functions properly, and he even taught me some safety tips. Jacob went above and beyond just helping me install my new opener. He gave my entire door a check up and helped by doing touch ups that I had no idea could be fixed so easily.
