I've been going back and forth with getting my opener repaired. I posted my problem, immediately a representative contacted me and within 2 hours, Shay was at my door. He evaluated the situation, told me what they could do, and within a little over an hour, my opener was installed. They take pride in what they do professionally. Would recommend to anyone who has garage issues and need work completed in a timely manner and correctly.

My experience with ASAP Garage Door Services LLC was excellent. The door to my two car garage broke on a Sunday evening - within minutes of requesting service we had a repair appointment for Monday morning. Shay, the man who came to conduct repairs is a credit to the organization - he is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I recommend this company for any garage door issues, and will use it again myself if ever the need arises.

Shay (Shy) was great in explaining about a roller that kept coming off the garage door track was something that could easily be adjusted with this new house build. He could have found a way to charge, but this choice of professionalism will guarantee that ASAP will be the first ones I call when there's real trouble with the door.

I had an overall great experience with ASAP. They were very responsive with communication, and actually made it out for a same day repair instead of the original appointment for the following day, which was very appreciated. I needed my cables replaced on the door, and Shay replaced two pulleys as well. The repair was expensive for a 30 min job, but I understand why they do a full garage door servicing to mitigate any linked issues that might show up after the initial repair. They also offered a small military discount for the service, which is always appreciated.
