I have to sleep at night and know that what work or service I have completed will stand the test of time. As far as the contracting aspect of things, I tend to take more time setting out expectations and the reality of any construction project. From start to finish, I give my clients a base goal of time, materials and cost, etc. I let the client know that I am interviewing them as well as I encourage them to interview me! This is not a fast food place where if you order a hamburger, that is just it. Every client and project is different. I do not work for them; I work with them as they work with me. I work on every project or inspection in life as if it were my own family’s house. Therefore, I do not take on all and every job or service that is asked of me.
