Codi Morrison responded to our request on Thumbtack immediately following our initial request to have a wooden banister built in place of a 1979s white gaudy wrought iron number in the fixer upper split we bought. He completed the farmhouse-style banister in two weekends. It looks great....will try to post a picture of possible...bear in mind that it has to be painted so it doesn't look finished at present. The price was extremely fair--slightly under other comparable companies in the area...we paid him more as a result we as we were so please with this work. Despite a misunderstanding regarding the handrail...I was willing to go with his original choice for part of the job but he would have none of it. He disassembled the portion in question and reassembled the railing no questions asked. To top it off, he is about the sweetest person--respectful--kindest person you could meet. A joy to meet, excellent workmanship and customer oriented. My only qualms about writing this review is that we will have to share his expertise with others🙂. Thanks Codi for a job well done! Codi’s carpentry, thoughtfulness, timeliness, and craftsmanship are above reproach. I have recommended him to two friends already and I would use his services again. Actually, I’ll be using him for outside repair on dormers to replace facia boards. In this climate of finding good workers, let your search begin and end with Codi.

After looking to remodel our 1960s basement, I found general contractors too busy and expensive. I decided to be our own contractor. The hardest part was to find someone to do the framing and drywall. Codi with Morrison Quality Construction was quick with an initial estimate. He and his assistant Kyle worked hard to do everything just as we requested. They framed internal and external walls and built walls to separate the laundry area. They did the drywall work as well. The work was excellent. They worked extremely well together. They only took lunch breaks and worked full days. Codi even brought to our attention an issue regarding our stairs that might be an issue down the road. He rectified it quickly. The overall price for all of the work was very reasonable. I highly recommend Morrison Quality Construction and will definitely be in contact when a future need arises.
