Very professional and kind. Responded every day I was away with pics and explanations. Will definitely hire him again if I need to travel. My kitties are not social but he was able to get a quick pic before they found their hiding spots. TY James.

Thought about hiring him until he told me he won't do hour long visits, not even 30 minute visits. Said he can only do 10-15 minute visits and was going to charge me $25 for 3, 10 minute visits. For two dogs and a cat, one dog which is elderly and needs more attention than that. I told him that in the beginning. I think he's over charging because he over booked himself and doesn't want to do the job. That's a crappy way to deal with people. I don't deal with people who don't understand that these are living creatures, a part of my family and he wants to leave them alone for 23.5 hours a day?? No thank you. I actually love my pets. Clearly they're just dollar signs to this stooge.

Unfortunately we did not come to terms on a fee for services. The review deals with dissatisfaction for the fee. I never provided care for the client. All my service reviews are top rated.
