- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first task is to find what flavors inspire you, and how many courses you want. Then, we will send you menu options to select from, which you can change and customize. Next, we decide what beverage pairings to go with your meal. Do you want wine pairings or maybe a signature cocktail to match the event or theme? Finally, we nail down the logistics of service. We offer very inexpensive dish packages, where we bring all the plates, utensils, and napkins, so you don't have to wash a thing at the end of the night. That's it! Next thing you know, we show up at your door and you don't have to lift a finger from there on out.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years, traveling the world to find culinary inspiration and curating unique recipes and flavor pairings. My Mom is the best cook I know, and I learned from a very young age to have a love for good foods, for cooking exciting dishes, and for bringing people together around the dining table.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice we can give is to think about how you envision your event to go. Our whole job is to make everything seamless and easy for you! The more we can plan together ahead of time, the less you'll have to worry (and even think) about the day of.
