Hello, my name is Barry Cascaden, owner and founder of Cascaden Pro Services. Our company does all phases of interior finishing and construction. We do demo, framing, drywall, texture, paint, doors, cabinetry, flooring, trim, windows, tile, plumbing, electrical, shower pans, bathtubs as well as any repairs that may be needed. We are completely committed to each and every project from start to finish. We also can update, repair or undo any damages created either by wear and tear, water damage, or bad craftsmanship. Our work is guaranteed , will be done correctly, and as the customer desires. If there’s any way improve on their ideas, we will make a suggestion to them for their consideration. We love to work with our clients to achieve the desired results and collaborate when appropriate. We had a leak in master bedroom above our bed. Drywall started to come down. Barry found the leak and fixed our ceiling in a couple of days. What a relief and looked great! We would refer him over and over again.

My grandfather needed an ADA shower that he could get his wheelchair in and out of with ease. My family and I weren't sure how to approach it, but Barry assured us that it was something he could handle for us, as he was doing drywall and plumbing elsewhere in our home. The results of his work far surpass any of our expectations, and my grandfather says it's better than any other shower he's used. Barry's professionalism, knowledge of various aspects of a home, and craftsmanship are qualities shared by few. I highly recommend Barry for any of your home improvement needs!

My prices vary depending on complexity of project. All prices are up front and discussed before any work begins so as that the customer and I are on the same page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them on location, discuss what they have in mind and come up with a solution or plan do the desired work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trades all my life, my knowledge base is vast, my skill sets are many and polished. The last 4 years I have been doing complete I interior finishing for a high end modular new home company.
