FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are priced based on length (30 minutes for $325, hour for $575, and two hour for $1050). All of those have less than a two week turn around, professional color grading, and a private online gallery. Complimentary travel is included for up to 40 miles from 80020.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat about your vision and the details of your session— where, when, how many people, etc. After we get the details figured out, you can book via my booking form on my website, I require a 50% retainer on all shoots, but that fee is transferable to another date if 72 hours notice is given, because life happens!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started when I was on family vacation in Greece. My dad was always the family photographer; he carried this tiny little point and shoot camera (that he still has today) and would do anything to get a good shot. He’d wait for 20 minutes for tourists to move, nearly fall into bodies of water, anything. So in Greece, I saw a big puddle and just perfectly reflected was this beautiful, old temple. I asked my dad if I could use his camera to capture the shot. I was so, so pleased with the photo, it’s all I talked about the rest of the day. And from that moment on, I was hooked. I now look back on that excitement of getting the perfect shot and realize not much has changed. I still jump for joy when I look in the viewfinder and see a photo that captured my couples love just right or that golden light that gives the perfect glow or a kiddo laughs right as I click that shutter button. My job is to capture joy and love and laughter and for that I have the best job in the world. I’d love to capture your precious occasions and I know I’ll have one of those jump for joy “did we just capture that” moments for you too.
