OBEX came out the next day and worked with me on the best time. We have a mouse infestation, unlike anything we’ve had before. Trae explained to me not only how the bait traps work, but also some facts about mouse behavior that I think will be helpful. I’m happy with the value and the schedule for future treatments for other pests.

First, our issue is a rodent problem (but a bonus that bugs will also be addressed). We are very pleased with the plan in place. Sean, and assistant, were great and listened to our concerns and ALL that was done to try and mitigate the issue. After listening, he asserted his experience and expertise. Again, we feel encouraged that the issue will eventually be resolved with the plan now and over the next year. A great, quick response, and professional experience.
