- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to your and your pet's specific needs and based on what is best for the pet to keep them healthy and happy. We offer discounts for extended stays of more than 5 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do an in-person meet and greet before beginning service. We want to make sure we are a good fit for you and your pet, giving you 100% peace of mind that you made the right choice. We use a secure website and mobile app to complete a profile for you and your pet. This allows you to see when service is scheduled, performed, and read daily journal entries complete with notes and pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of Pet Sitters International. All sitters go through training on dog and cat behavior including how to keep the pets and themselves safe. We have special guidelines to keep pets safe during severe weather such as extreme heat or cold. All our pet sitters are experienced caring for pets in their own homes and many have experience volunteering or working in animal shelters or doggie day cares.
