I went onto Thuntack and had several choices to choose from, I chose Flatirons Plumbing because 1) they were the only one with 5 star reviews, and I see why now. And 2) they were the only company with a $0 diagnosis service call fee. In the last month I've spent $7k on emergency vet bills and a new refrigerator that died without warning. So to have my water heater (another very expensive bill) go out, had me feeling very overwhelmed to say the least. Dustin was dispatched to help diagnosis the problem. He took great care in assessing the situation and providing multiple solutions (ranging in cost). When he left, my anxiety reduced significantly because now I felt empowered to make a well informed decision. I was also impressed with how much knowledge he had about the current unit I had. Of course I booked him for the repair, which will happen quickly as well. I was very surprised and happy with how quickly they could book the resolution appointment. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

When my Rinnai tankless water heater started dripping I called out three plumbers for an estimate. Not only was Flatirons Plumbing the best priced but was also helpful, patient and responsive. The process to get the warranty parts was long but Flatirons stayed with me throughout. And once the work was finally ready their technician, Anthony, was meticulous, professional, and finished when he was 100% sure the job was done. This level of service is equally rare and appreciated. I would definitely call on them again in the future.

We had a leak in the past that left us very concerned about what was going on with our bathtub. Wanting to repair damage in the ceiling but unsure if the leak was going to happen again. Flatirons came and checked everything and found...no leak. They filled the tub twice. Once let it go through the overflow. No leak. Caulked a couple of small spots by the overflow and around the faucet and said that we should call if it happens again, but that it is all dry. After spending at least half an hour testing...they did not charge anything. They were honest and more than fair. We will use them again.
