I recommend Noori without hesitation for any flooring project. He replaced most of an entire house of carpet and a lot of hardwood with luxury vinyl plank, and did an exceptional job from the time of the initial estimate and throughout the job. He took the time on the front end for a detailed estimate and discussion of the project so that I had a good idea of what to expect in terms of cost. As the project progressed, there were some issues with unevenness of the existing floor which he was able to address effectively. In one room of the house, the cracking of the cement floor was very significant, but he was able to minimize it with concrete as much as possible so that at least carpet can be installed. There was great communication and explanation of the entire job and any issues that arose. One thing I really appreciated was the excellent job on the detail of the project such as baseboards and toe kick at the cabinets, as well as a precise fit of the flooring around door jambs, walls, and a circular area where the water heater is located. If you are looking for someone to do a quality, detail oriented job at a reasonable cost and who will take the time to communicate every aspect of a project, look no further. -------- Update: Wanted to add that there was a double payment for the project due to a mixup in trying to change online payment providers, and Noori promptly sent back the overpayment.

The process from a start to an end was wonderful. They are very professional and very straightforward and had our best interest in mind, and understood our constraints. Very easy to work with and vey accommodating. I would recommend Neat Floor for your needed floor. Highly recommended. Even though they might not quote you the cheapest price but great value.

Noori did an excellent job with the Vinyl flooring in our home. He was quick to respond through the whole process. The final price was exactly what was quoted to me. The final product looks great. I will definitely be using Neat Floor again for the other areas of my home.

Noori does excellent work, he’s very detail oriented. He’s also extremely professional and checks with you on every step before proceeding. He finished the initial job on time and is returning to complete two smaller rooms and the stairways. One final and important thing to know is how fair his pricing is compared to the bigger installers.

We are so very happy we chose Noori & Neat Floor to install our new vinyl floors! We are absolutely over the moon with how the floors look now!!
