FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the quality wood you get can really play a huge factor in how much you are spending on a fence, so I would advise you to keep that in mind. I do underbid other companies so I would also advise you to get other quotes so that you can get the best possible price for yourself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple. We would first set up a time and date for us to come out and asses the needs of our customer. Then shortly after I will send out a Quote that is valid for 30 days. You can receive the quote digitally or physically, all up to the customer. If the quote is affordable for them then we schedule a time to complete the job. The day before the start date we gather the materials needed for the job and deliver them to the job site, and if there is any existing fence already there then we remove that as well. the materials are paid through the first deposit required before starting, and once the job is completed then the 2nd deposit will be initiated. If the customer is 50/50 about making a deposit before starting then we will (under circumstances) provide a contract to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a trade school during high school which was about 2 years long. It provided Me with my OSHA certification as well as my Home Builders Institute (HBI) certification.
