I chose ASAP out of 4 bids I received because they had the best balance of knowledge, not inflating the issue, good pricing and great communication. They also did a great job on my bathroom. I needed to repair a ceiling with mold damage and remediate the room. Good people to work with!

Paul was great to work with! He was quick to get the job done for us. When I reached out to him, he was here within a day, had the job started the next day and finished 3 days later. He also had someone come put up the new drywall after everything was done drying and it all looks great! You can tell he truly cares about his work. We will definitely use him again in the future if needed.

We had a water damage issue at our old home which is now a rental property. I reached out to a couple contractors who never replied, I then reached out to ASAP through thumbtack and Robert responded very quickly, was out at the property the next day, was very communicative and responsive to questions and provided great insight to what could be the problem. Within a week, the property was repaired and in great working order. What was most impressive is that they worked with our tenants schedule around the holidays and even had someone out there wrapping up the project on New Years Day. I would recommend ASAP Water and Flood Restoration and very much appreciate their work and how easy they made it on us. Also, the insurance side was seamless, as they use a tool that insurance companies use for estimation. Thank you Robert and the team at ASAP!!

We have ASAP Work on reconstruction of multiple projects in our home. Including tiling, some electric outlet swaps. Popcorn removal, paint. Good work and fair pricing. There was a lot of hurdles in the job and delays due to their personnel leaving and getting sick etc. We stayed patient with them, and they did deliver. Will hire again.
