We are a one shop stop from design all the way to completion, inspections included. We work with architects and structural engineers on the daily. We are professionals with great communication from the start of your project until the end. Very professional and made sure that I was aware of everything that was going on at all times. There were no surprises while working with Johnny anything that could have been a problem was clearly explained and walked through so there was no question as to an issue. Offered help in making decisions and showcased his craft with decisions that made the home better than imagined. Was patient with me while making large decisions and overall great experience. I needed crawlspace work done at the request of the city. Latigo problem-solved in a sensible way without padding the work, and John is a great communicator. City inspector said "your contractor did a beautiful job" - their exact words. Will definitely hire them again.

All our prices are broken down per trade, no hidden fees as everything is a line item on our proposals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a meeting for a job walk, the. Go through selections of materials, get drawings from an architect and structural engineer if needed, enter into a contract and get the permit process moving forward. In todays day and age materials take much longer to come in so plenty of time to brainstorm for the right design to fit the customers needs.
