Easy to work with, very professional and did a great job getting rid of some tough stains. What I liked best: 1) they have a truck mounted steam cleaner (instead of portable) which does a better job in my opinion. 2) They told me ahead of time how much extra it would cost for spot cleaning of pet stains etc. I've had other carpet cleaners not tell you until they arrive and then charge exorbitant prices for each of the various chemical and strategies they need to use to get rid of EACH stain. Not Carpet Couch Cleaning - all up front pricing so I knew exactly how much the job would cost. Will use them again!
