- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I buy the materials ahead so you know what they cost and then bring the wood and tools to you the day I come to install the project. The cost of the materials plus my labor fee, which is $45/hr is what the project will cost in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love hearing from you! Sending any ideas or photos is the best way for me to understand your design vision. I can come to your home for a fee or we can just discuss over messages or phone calls. I’m open to any way someone wants to communicate with me and any idea you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in something totally unrelated, but I have years of experience working with wood, tools and making designs since I’ve had a wood sign Etsy shop for 8 years.
