- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I buy the materials ahead so you know what they cost and then bring the wood and tools to you the day I come to install the project. The cost of the materials plus my labor fee, which is $50/hr is what the project will cost in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love hearing from you! Sending any ideas or photos is the best way for me to understand your design vision. I can come to your home for a $25 fee to see the space with you or sometimes we can just discuss over messages or phone calls. I’m open to any way someone wants to communicate with me and any idea you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in something totally unrelated (International Studies), but I have years of experience working with wood, tools and creating designs since I’ve had a wood sign Etsy shop for 8 years.
