Confronting a non-functioning Canon office copy machine which Canon was useless as to repair, parts, references or anything that might be of use. After an initial attempt by another service company, an appointment with Steve and Javier was made with very low expectations. How wrong was I? Not only was Javier able to reset the copier, but he had a surge/cleaner which should prevent future problems. Prompt, professional, reasonable and now listed as my go-to guys for future electric issues. Well done gentlemen!

Stressed out and unable to fix my stuck printer drawer I contacted Thumbtack & quickly got a call from Elite. When told his store was too far the owner offered "Let me see if I can help you by phone." In a warm, patient, and professional way he guided me on how to fix my drawer again and I am forever grateful. Great experience!

Steven of Elite Printer Services went on a journey with me that I’m sure he wasn’t planning on doing! I won’t bore you with details but it involved over two weeks of talking /texting until I had things ready for him to come help me out. Steven was extremely professional, friendly (even to my dog!) and thoroughly knowledgeable. He resolved my printer problems and even found a solution to another issue that came up while he was here. The price was reasonable and the results were great! I told him to come work his magic and he certainly did! I would recommend him to anyone, even those who are kind of confused by tech issues. He won’t make you feel dim. Should I have printer issues in the future or decide to switch from inkjet to a laser printer, Steven will be the first one I call! I rate him A+++
