Camber was born out of the vision to redirect hospitality back to you, the guest. We believe that food, beverage and service should not revolve around ourselves, rather focus on the feelings evoked by the people we serve.
We offer a full range of event services that include planning, culinary, beverage, service and decoration. We also provide in-home private Chef experiences with an array of different menus available.
We focus on regional California cuisine and find ways to represent the moments of each unique season.

We had Dave from Camber as a private chef for a dinner plus a cooking lesson. Everything from planning to clean-up was super- and the meal was sensational. Dave was personable, professional, skilled, flexible, and an excellent teacher. His meal preparation was inventive but not fussy and each dish was distinctive and delicious. Our guests were raving about Dave. He used fresh ingredients in season from local producers that he knew well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service and meal.
