Introduction
My passion for living a healthy lifestyle and helping others do the same is what drives me as a personal trainer and a yoga teacher. I have my bachelors degree in exercise physiology and psychology. After college, I completed my Personal Trainer Certification with The National Academy of Sport and Medicine. For my yoga teacher training, I studied under Ganga White, "The Pioneer of Western Yoga". I also have 300+ hours observing in a physical therapy setting giving me a good understanding of injuries and injury prevention. I am constantly researching into the latest findings of fitness and wellness so I can be a useful tool in helping my clients achieve their goals. As a personal trainer, I help my clients achieve their goals whether it be to gain muscle, lose body fat, achieve their ideal physique, improve sport performance, recover from an injury, move and feel better, or simply to get on track to living a healthier lifestyle. I train my clients at La Mirada Creek Park and bring all the equipment we will need. I am also available to travel to your home if that is more preferable. Remote training is also available at a discounted rate. As a yoga teacher, my main focus in teaching is guiding students into a deeper awareness of themselves physically and mentally. Our sessions together will include poses (specific to the clients skill level and goals), breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation. I help students who are complete beginners looking for a way to begin their yoga journey as well as more advanced students looking to refine their practice. For private sessions, I will travel to your home and will bring all the props needed. Group classes, events and online sessions are available as well.

Drew has been the best personal trainer I have had so far! I am struggling with running and he has taken it upon himself to figure out how I can be best at it. We have made such great strides in 2 weeks- I feel great changes the way I carry myself in just 4-5 sessions!

I started training w/ Drew in Feb ‘21 and told him I needed help building muscle because I wanted to get back into pro wrestling. I’d trained with other trainers before but I don’t think they took me seriously and gave me a lot of unfulfilling workouts that weren’t helping me progress or get stronger. Drew was SUCH a step up from the trainers I’d seen before! He is very professional and gave me just the right amount of challenge I was looking for, and he’s always pushing me. He is very knowledgeable in muscle building, strength training, nutrition, yoga and much more. He always gives me precise and helpful corrections, nutritional advice and overall he has helped me immensely in my fitness journey! I’ve seen so much improvement in not only my physique but my cardio and mental health as well. He’s a super cool friendly guy who will help you so much if you are serious about your goals!

Drew is awesome! Although we’ll miss him here in SD we are excited for his new adventure. My daughter and I did private strength training program 2x/week with Drew geared towards running and triathlon. We were very happy with our program and always appreciated his flexibility when life got crazy.

I was nervous about seeking a personal trainer but after working with Drew, I would recommend him to anyone! He makes sure that you are supported and shapes the training to your needs. He is knowledgeable about all of the physiological aspects of training and explains the reasons why each exercise is beneficial, which I really appreciated.

Drew has been an awesome PT. He’s knowledgeable and attentive. I have some exercise limitations due to feet pain, and Drew has introduced some workout methods that works well for me. He’s great at keeping me focused during our sessions.
