I had an absolutely awesome experience with Ramn Sanchez. He was 100% available to me and my husband for all our questions, needs and concerns. He was very professional, honest and helpful. I do not feel we would have acquired our dream house had we not had him on our side. It is a very competitive market right now and Ramon was able to get us in to see the properties quickly and get our offers submitted in a timely manner!!! Ramn is very knowledgeable about the market and I was so thankful to have him. His wife Sandy is an awesome assistant and always got back to me promptly when I needed anything. Thank you Ramn and Sandy!! My husband Balo and I are forever grateful!!! We love our home so much!

My family was going through a rough financial time on top of trying to survive the pandemic, and Ramon was the real estate agent that was placed with the responsibility of the bank foreclosure. We received our notice to evacuate by May 26th, 2021. My mom managed to get a few more weeks in the house, that Ramon later conveyed had cost him just over $1,000 for that delay. He was willing to let us have controlled access to the house for 2 weeks after the official eviction. Just an FYI, the eviction moratorium excludes bank foreclosures.Its hard to pack up a house with 25 years of memories packed into it. We ended up leaving a lot of our things behind. Ramon was professional and willing to work with the majority of our schedule. He let us pack up however much we could from the house and even let us be unattended as long as we did not vandalize the house.Losing our home during Covid-19 was rough, it took me over a month to write this review for Ramon.I do appreciate Ramon and his son for coming to unlock the house when we were able to come pack up some things.Outside of that, his response time while messaging was good and he answered all my questions. He knows his stuff and theres a reason hes been able to do this for over 20 years.

I reached out to Ramon thru Google search and per all the positive reviews contacted him early morning on a weekend. Ramon immediately returned my call and graciously listened to my situation and help me sort out a messy real estate situation. Unfortunately, I was unable to have him as the listing agent because of legal matters, but I will definitely refer others to him. Ramon went above and beyond in answering questions and explaining the process. Ramon unexpectedly followed up with me to see how things were going and that shows his care, character and selflessness in helping others. Ramon is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and definitely someone I would trust with my future Real Estate needs!

After months of placing offers on homes and even pulling out of escrow with a previous Realtor, my family and I decided to try someone new. I went on yelp and found Ramn and was impressed with the reviews. I called Ramn and he answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment for us to meet in person that same week. Ramn explained the home buying process to me in great detail and made it easily understandable for me considering that I am a first time home buyer. After the meeting I went ahead and sent Ramn some properties I was interested in and he scheduled appointments for my family to view them. He gave his honest input on each property making it easier for us to decided if we wanted to place an offer or not. After just one weekend of viewing properties with Ramn we decided we were ready to place an offer on a property we knew could be our perfect home. Ramn helped us secure the house and walked us through escrow. In the end Ramn was even able to get us the property for the exact price we wanted to pay. I never knew the process of purchasing a home could be so easy until we met Ramn and his team. My only regret is not finding him sooner. Great agentRamons a top class realtor. Hes got 30 years of experience and moves a lot of volume so you can trust the advice hes giving you is actually grounded in what works in the business. Theres a lot of perks he offers that Ive seen friends miss out on with other realtors. For example: he offers - a detailed competitive analysis on every property you want to offer on, same day. A great contractor who will help you renovate the home you buy with Ramon. And, Ramon runs a family business so its common to see him, his wife, and his kids jump in to help sometimes whether it be through taking photos to our your listing up or coordinating inspections. Ramon also has a team of other realtors that work directly with him so you can trust hell have things covered in your timeframe when you need. Ive personally bought 2 homes with Ramon and sold 1. We bought and sold a home in 2021. Since hes been in the business for a while he knows some of the other realtors and hes able to leverage those relationships in your favor sometimes. He was able to help me negotiate better to put more money in my pocket in both buy and sell scenarios as well as get top dollar for my property. Ramon gets my highest recommendation.
