We love Deisi!! We were first time homebuyers and we wanted some advice from a professional interior designer. The problem was, we didn’t have much budget left after the home purchase! I had to cancel my service with Daisy which was really unfortunate. She and I talked on the phone for over an hour and we were excited to meet for the consultation. Thumbtack still charged the designer their fee for allowing her on their site to advertise her services. Thumbtake should have refunded their fees to the designer as it was my fault for not being able to move forward. I dont think I will use Thumbtack again now that I know how they treat their designers on their app.

I was thoroughly impressed with Daisy's 3D concepts for our project. Despite the limited time frame provided, the final design exceeded my expectations. She delivered three unique concepts, each of which was outstanding and far surpassed the kitchen design suggested by the cabinet contractor. Overall, the designer's work was exceptional and proved to be a valuable addition to our project. So much so that now we have hired her for another project. I highly recommend her services.

I have transparent pricing. $350 Initial Visit $125 hour Interior Design $100 hour E-Design/Virtual Design/3D Design/In-office work I charge by the hour and I share trade discounts with my Interior Design clients. Thumbtack Client Discount: $300 Flat fee Initial Visit (Optional for E-Design)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
E-Design: - Phone Interview - Email E-design packet - Receive filled out packet, I review - Set timeline (usually within 1-2 week) - Start design work - Review by phone and discuss suggestions, make tweaks as needed. Interior Design: - Phone interview - Email new client packet - Receive filled About You page, I review and - Set our first in person appointment. - Agreement signed & work begins ... then the fun begins :)
