- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trying to give a good price always but sometimes lowering the price is not possible, good service requires a good price, prices includes time spending pulling permots and inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the people's wishes and projects first then letting them know if that's possible to do without doing that's not safe and out of code, and giving them a second option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 22 years of experience on the field as electrician, supervisor and now a licensed electrical contractor.
