We are a managed service provider or MSP. We typically service corporate or small clients offices of 10 or more on a monthly subscription
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open a support ticket with our team via email. We also offer support via desktop chat and phone. All of our techs are US based in California, Arizona and Maine
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several members of our team credentialed with Microsoft and Amazon for services on those cloud platforms
