- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are on the website for various types of services which are different in every case. As our firm does initial consultation then the prices are adjusted or we make a package deal accordingly. We always assist those in the process because it is case-by-case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for each case is we place our case(s) in a Case Management Application (Serve Manager) and most of the work and communication is done via electronically, text messaging, Whats App, and any other means that fits the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from training from CALSPRO, NAPPS, and my prior law enforcement background in investigations. I read and write in Spanish.
