FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we follow a simple path to help them use technology to increase profits. 1. We meet the customer at their place of business to provide a free consultation to evaluate their current I.T. setup. 2. We listen to the client explain their current I.T. pains and their future plans for the business. 3. We advise the customer how to alleviate their current issues, prevent further issues from developing and how to plan for future changes and growth in the business.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience is key. When a customer is hiring a provider in the I.T. industry they should ask if this company has practical experience in the I.T. field. Does the provider have professional experience in the I.T. industry or are they someone who has just expanded their computer hobby into a business? Also many times companies looking for I.T. companies will evaluate 3 things: quality, service and price. It is rare, if not impossible, to find a company that provides all 3. So we ask customers to ask themselves what they would sacrifice for their long term happiness? Quality? Service? Price?
