Very happy with decking work from Valenz Construction. They replaced rotting boards and refinished a large back deck, and also repainted some siding in our front yard. Great experience overall, good value for the cost, and we’re very happy with the quality of the work. Ricky was great to work with and made the process go smoothly. We’ll be reaching out to the crew for future projects!

Ricky was friendly, fast and efficient. He helped us fix our side gate that was dragging and wasn't closing properly. He also helped set up a outdoor motion sensor. We will definitely hire him again!

Ricky did a great job. He did our french drain, our fence, garage floor and walls and also my overhead built in storage. He is very easy to talk to and his guys are really awesome. The job gets done on time and he worked around our budget. There are some hiccups along the way like our garage door needs to be adjusted but Rick handled it all for us. We never had any seamless contractor before and it is great to have Rick for a change. He even do things above and beyond for us like giving us a new side yard door and also replacing my neighbor’s side yard for free. We will definitely keep Rick and his guys in mind for our next home project.

Valenz recently converted a loft int a goldfish style glass office. Ricky was very attentive, listened, and was good to work with. From the initial estimate, to build, and finishing touches we are very pleased with the work of Ricky, his father and team. I’d definitely use Valenz construction for future work! Job was completed on time, on budget, and even a few additional jobs around the house!

I deliver high-quality work at a reasonable price. My work and my reviews speak for themselves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set an appointment to meet and do a walk-through of the project. Then, I send an updated estimate of what the project will cost. I'll always follow-up with a phone call to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified union carpenter. I also did a 4-year apprenticeship program through the union.
