Astounding Construction came to me by referral. After receiving different quotes, my family decided to go with them for a new roof replacement. Theyre decently priced but a little more than my lowest quote. When I saw their work on instagram and Google, I liked how good their work looked so I decided to go with them instead.In the beginning, there were a few concerns through miscommunication but the project manager Vanessa walked me through the work in progress. She explained details of what the team was doing and why it was necessary to be done. I admit I was scared it was leading to higher costs but it wasnt the case. If you voice your concerns, she gives you reassurance and takes pride in the work they provide to their customers.Although I hoped for a new flashing around the chimney, the project manager confirmed there was an existing one already under some white looking plaster my dad may have put on. We had a bad leak around that area causing mold. They did not want to disturb the chimney so they added silicone and painted the white plaster material to black to have it blend in more with my roof shingles. They said it shouldnt leak and told me if it does, theyll come out to fix it. Ill definitely keep an eye on this when the rain starts falling again.Overall, Im satisfied with the quality of the work. I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors. The inspection guy said it looked good on top and from the street. Happy to share we passed inspection. Many thanks to the team!
