I've been working out with Jay for a few months, and it's amazing. He's a fantastic personal trainer. He knows a lot, and he's always professional and on time. His prices are great. The gym he works out at is the best. If you are looking for a great trainer who will support your fitness goals, whether to build more muscle or lose weight and who's also a great human, Jay is fantastic.

Ray is an awesome personal fitness trainer, it has been great to work with him! I have had my 9 y/o son workout with him on his speed and stamina for a couple months now, and Ray quickly bonded with him not only as his personal trainer, but as a mentor and motivator! Nothing but respect and kudos to him! 🙌🏻

I have been training with Jay since July 2024. He has helped me release 26 lbs of excess fat! It's been a great experience. He challenges me to do my best each and every workout. He makes sure I'm doing each exercise with proper form. And he has great advice on nutrition as well. He helped me get started tracking my food with MyFitnessPal. At first, I thought it would be a big hassle, but once I got started, it became an engrained habit. It's really helped raise my awareness of what I'm eating and to stay within my daily caloric limit. I highly recommend training with Jay Ryan Fitness to help you reach your fitness goals!

Jay has proved to be an excellent trainer. He is positive, encouraging and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the brain body connection. I have special needs due to a disability and Jay has been very understanding, supportive and has developed modified and accessible exercises and lifestyle plans for me. Everything he does is fully customized for the individual's needs. So, whatever your needs are, Jay can create a plan that will work for you!
