FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, I offer a fixed price for the job, as I do not consider hourly rates a good option for the client - I am guided by the motto - there is a task - there is a cost. This can be cost per unit, cost per square foot (for example, when working with wallpaper, drywall or painting rooms) or other options. The initial estimate I provide is negotiable, and I can always go out of my way to give the client a discount from the quoted price (for example, if the client says they have been quoted a lower price or have a limited budget to meet). I always welcome an open dialog with the client. I give a final price only after I have become directly familiar with the scope of work on the project. When performing large projects, where it is necessary to purchase a large number of materials - I can ask the client to make an advance payment for materials (unless of course it is not a regular client), so please treat this moment with understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing all details related to the work, dialog. Suggestion of possible options for doing the work or solving the problem, based on my experience. After discussion - execution of the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. After completion of the work and quality control by the client - providing a guarantee for all work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience in this field more than 10 years, I have certificates of additional training in working with materials of world famous manufacturers such as Knauf, Kronospan, Hafele, Dupont, Bosch. Passed additional specialized courses and trainings on working with construction materials. In addition to construction and repair works, had a carpentry shop for the production of kitchens and cabinets, wood products (children's play centers and houses, sheds, etc.).
