Alexander from ISO Appliance Repair. Came out the same day. I needed to replace a drain pump for my Lg washer that was not draining. He came out and fixed what needed to be fixed and did not upsell me which was amazing. Now of days you cannot trust anyone.. honest and reliable and not playing games he did not take advantage of me. I recommend this company to anyone looking for someone with professionalism, honest and good work ethics. Hands down best appliance repair. Alexander did a terrific job fixing our GE Profile oven. Its light would come on at random when the oven was off. It didn't do this when he first came! He installed a new switch/lock and waited patiently for half an hour with us until sure enough the light came on again! He ordered a new control board and came a second time to install that. It worked! Alex didn't charge us for the original switch he'd put in and then took out before he left at his visit. Very honest and professional. He was punctual and responsive too. I recommend him for any of your appliance repairs. Thanks Alex!

He responded to my inquiry within about 2 minutes. I had a washing machine failure and was extremely happy to have it working less than 24 hours later. Alexendr was right on time, diagnosed the problem right away and was prepared to fix the faulty part. The best part is that he had the correct drain pump on hand in his vehicle.
