I woke up this morning to find my refrigerator going out and it was packed with food. So I found the great reviews here that ISO Appliance Repair has and called. Lucky for me he came in 20 minutes. He has the newest equipment, checked out different components, and fixed the refrigerator. It was such a relief! My steaks were still rock solid frozen and everything has been working fine. He's polite, clean (even put booties on his shoes) and very knowledgable. I will hire him for any other appliance repairs I need. He prefers texting so that he can answer immediately.

Five stars on all aspects of service! I entered my needed repair in the Thumbtack app (my dryer was making a metal on metal screeching sound). Within a minute or two, Oleksandr reached out with a call and a text. He came out the very same day, diagnosed the repair, and ordered the needed parts. He kept in touch as to when the parts would be in, and scheduled the return visit. He was right on time and finished the repair. My dryer is up and running again! And he was so nice on top of it all! Now my go to repair person!

Alexander did a terrific job fixing our GE Profile oven. Its light would come on at random when the oven was off. It didn't do this when he first came! He installed a new switch/lock and waited patiently for half an hour with us until sure enough the light came on again! He ordered a new control board and came a second time to install that. It worked! Alex didn't charge us for the original switch he'd put in and then took out before he left at his visit. Very honest and professional. He was punctual and responsive too. I recommend him for any of your appliance repairs. Thanks Alex!
