MMM Catering, Desserts & More is unusual because we do it all. If you want a wedding catered we can do that and we will cook to your exact needs so you get just what you want and we use the best quality ingredients so everything tastes amazing! We try to work within your budget but still make it wonderful! I have over 20 years experience in cooking, baking and doing special events. I pay attention to detail so everything goes smoothly and all you have to do is enjoy your special day. Our speciality is High quality Mexican and Latin American food using the best ingredients and also Mediterranean Food, Desserts, Wedding cakes & dessert bars. We have many years experience in catering meals and bringing our special talent to your event to make it truly memorable. We will be sure your special day is truly special! Mary M. Mills Chef and Pastry Chef I truly enjoy making people happy. I love to work out the details and plan all the food items. I do like making the desserts myself and take great pride in and time to make it the best I can. I also have a great team that are professional and very good at what they do. It really takes a team to put it all together and it is the seamlessness that makes the difference in how your event turns out not just the food. That is what we are good at and I enjoy seeing it all work out.

Mary is absolutely amazing! The cake and cupcakes she made where beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be booking her for future events💛She is as sweet as her baking skills and truly took time to capture our vision. All of our guest claimed it was one of the best wedding cakes the had ever had. Thank you Mary!!!

Mary M Mills was an amazing baker to work with! She not only created a beautiful 3-tiered cake with amazing flavors (lemon, red velvet, vanilla), but also decorated it beautifully with rosettes and gold glitter ribbon. She was extremely easy to work with. She also baked assorted french macarons, which were a huge hit for our wedding as well. Thank you Mary, we'll definitely keep you in mind for any future events we have!!!

Mary Mills makes delicious dishes. Her cooking is imaginative and very tasty. From finger foods to desserts, her recipes are so full of flavor, so delectable. Mary is a meticulous planner, she listens to the wants of her clients, is very reliable, has very good pricing, and her presentation is impeccable. She is a joy. As a chef and caterer, Mary Mills is professional and works hard to exceed her clients expectations. Mary made our Champagne Garden Party in Montecito a very memorable event for us all - delicious food and wonderful service.

I price each event separately because each one is different but I will work to be within the customers budget as much as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what they want first and then we can customize it to get the perfect fit. I like to make my customers happy, and it is their special day so I want everything to go smoothly. I also want to make sure the food with wonderful and memorable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes to learn new techniques and am always trying new recipes, and experiment to give them a special twist.
