- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each event separately because each one is different but I will work to be within the customers budget as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what they want first and then we can customize it to get the perfect fit. I like to make my customers happy, and it is their special day so I want everything to go smoothly. I also want to make sure the food with wonderful and memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes to learn new techniques and am always trying new recipes, and experiment to give them a special twist.
