First time hiring a moving company and I believe DSG Moving is one of the best out there. Alan the foreman and his team (2 other guys) handled the task briskly and took care of everything throughout the move. The fact that they used a 20ft. box truck with liftgate made my transfer much easier and safer. Great value.

Excellent, super prompt communication system. Movers were polite and competent. I’ve frequently been frustrated in other moves when the movers moved at snail pace. Not so these guys. They worked at an efficient pace.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$109/hour Cash, Thumbtack, Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal Zelle or (+3% for Credit Cards) includes: 2 Professional Movers + 20’ Box truck (moving within Greater Los Angeles - no additional charge for mileage or gas) - enough space for up to 3 bedrooms in most cases! Double-drive time applies between origin and destination only. All equipment needed (moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, assembly/disassembly, etc. - no added charge), and we do provide materials and moving supplies at reasonable prices on an as/if needed basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in touch with us and we'll answer all your questions to ensure the best possible move. We are detailed and responsive and send a Docusign Movers Agreement with everything about your move. We also provide a Booklet about Your Rights as a Consumer of Moving Services which every licensed mover is required to send out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My friend owned a moving company and I worked there during college. I have a professional experience in supply chain, logistics, and household moving.
