I needed several pieces of furniture, a refrigerator, and junk to be removed. I searched and created a plan. Within no time, Andres responded, saying he was in my area and would like to provide a free estimate to give a more accurate rate. If the price was agreed upon, he would do the work right away. We exchanged info and he arrived. He assessed all the items and garbage. We agreed on a fair price. He was able to take a few items right away but would need to return the next day to pick up the rest. The next day, he returned as agreed and finished the job. I would definitely use Andres again and recommend him and his assistant to anyone I know who would need his services. Thank you very much, Andres.

Hands down the best moving service on this app!! I made an urgent junk removal request in the evening, he responded quickly and agreed to come out that same night with an affordable rate. He arrived early and finished the job within 30mins. He was accommodating and was able to move my old couch out and down a flight of stairs, and move my new couch up the stairs! He even went above and beyond to help me move out a few other items I forgot to add in my initial request. If you’re debating which junk removal service to use, definitely pick Bye Bye Junk. Couldn’t recommend Andre’s enough!
